Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You already have chronic heart failure, or you were recently diagnosed with heart failure based on specific heart test results (especially LVEF and blood tests like BNP/NT-proBNP).
  • Your cause of heart failure fits one of these: dilated cardiomyopathy, heart damage from high blood pressure, ischemic cardiomyopathy (reduced blood flow to the heart), or non-severe valve problems.
  • After you leave the hospital, your main treatment is oral (by mouth) medicine.
  • You can sign the informed consent form and understand what the study is asking.
