  • You have a diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease.
  • You already have, or plan to get, deep brain stimulation targeting the subthalamic nucleus (STN).
  • You can agree to take part and understand the study (informed consent).
  • You can sometimes stop your Parkinson’s medication for research visits if the team asks.
  • You do not have dementia (this study is for mild cognitive problems only).
