Who can take part
- You are over 18 years old
- You have idiopathic essential tremor (not caused by another condition)
- Your tremor is disabling even after you’ve tried the best tremor medicines
- You’re expected to live at least 2 more years
- You can give informed consent in writing
- You have not had prior tremor brain surgery such as DBS or thalamotomy
