Who can take part

  • You had your first and only stroke between 3 months and 3 years ago.
  • You are between 30 and 80 years old.
  • You can move your affected arm at least a little (score above 10 on a standard arm function test).
  • Your affected arm is not too stiff or tight.
  • You can walk at least 30 feet (10 meters) with or without a walking aid.
  • You can stand still for at least 30 seconds while holding onto something.
