Who can take part

  • You have chest pain but heart artery blockages are not the cause (no major blockages on a heart catheter test).
  • You have high blood pressure that is difficult to control, and your doctor thinks kidney nerve treatment might help.
  • You have been diagnosed with tiny heart artery dysfunction based on a special heart catheter test (IMR > 25 or CFR < 2).
  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have not started new heart medicines (nitrates, beta-blockers, or calcium channel blockers) in the last 30 days before screening.
  • Your kidney arteries are suitable for the procedure (no anatomical problems).
