Who can take part
- You have blockages in multiple coronary arteries (heart blood vessels) and are having two separate procedures (1–6 weeks apart) to open them
- Your systolic blood pressure is above 140 mmHg despite taking 2 or more blood pressure medications
- You are at least 21 years old
- You have adequate kidney function and suitable kidney artery anatomy for the renal denervation procedure
- You agree to all study procedures and can provide written consent
