Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 70 years old.
  • You have a full-thickness rotator cuff tear (2–5 cm) confirmed by MRI within the last 6 months.
  • You have had shoulder pain for at least 3 months and tried non-surgical treatments like pain meds, physical therapy, or steroid shots without success.
  • You have not had shoulder surgery on that side in the past year (except a simple scope).
  • You are not a current smoker and do not have insulin-dependent diabetes.
  • You are willing to attend all follow-up visits and can understand the study consent form.
