Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease.
- Your Parkinson's medications have been stable for at least 4 weeks.
- You have had chronic pain for more than 3 months, or no chronic pain at all.
- You can undergo a brain MRI and PET scan (no pacemaker, metal implants, or claustrophobia).
- You must be able to stop opioid pain medications for 1 week before brain scans.
