Who can take part
- You have a spinal cord injury confirmed by CT or MRI scan, at chest level or above (T12 or higher).
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- Your injury happened between 2 weeks and 6 months ago, and you are out of spinal shock.
- Your injury is rated as AIS grade A, B, or C (meaning some or complete loss of movement and feeling below the injury).
- You do not have serious heart or lung problems, unstable vital signs, or need a breathing machine.
