Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with polycythemia vera, essential thrombocythemia, or primary myelofibrosis.
- A DNA sample from your white blood cells was taken at the time of diagnosis, before any treatment that could affect DNA (like chemotherapy or immunosuppressants).
- You have not been treated with drugs that change DNA methylation (such as cytoreductive therapy, chemotherapy, or immunosuppressants) before the DNA sample was taken.
- You have been followed by your doctor for at least 2 years.
