  • You have mild cognitive impairment (MCI, slight memory or thinking problems) or Alzheimer's disease.
  • You have high blood sugar (fasting glucose 100 mg/dL or higher).
  • You have early signs of muscle loss (small calf size, weak grip, or low muscle endurance).
  • You are able to swallow tablets.
  • You do not have cancer or severe heart, lung, liver, or kidney disease.
  • You are not already taking Coenzyme Q10 supplements or blood thinners like warfarin.
