Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You already have an Abbott CRT-D pacemaker with the Sync-AV feature
- Your heart is in a normal rhythm (sinus rhythm) and you have left bundle branch block
- Your left ventricle pumping ability (LVEF) is less than 35%
- You do not have long-lasting or permanent atrial fibrillation
