Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with cancer and a brain metastasis (a tumor that spread to your brain) seen on a scan.
- All brain tumors are 2 cm or smaller in size.
- Your doctor has planned to treat you with stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS).
- You are able to function at least somewhat normally (ECOG score 0-2).
- If you could become pregnant, you must use two effective forms of birth control for 4 weeks before and during the study.
- You have not had whole-brain radiation before and do not have evidence of cancer spreading in the lining of the brain.
