Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You can do your usual activities with limited help (ECOG 0 to 3)
- You have been diagnosed with brain metastases on imaging scans
- You have at least one brain metastasis planned for surgical removal
- You also plan to receive postoperative SRS radiation after surgery
- You are not allergic (anaphylaxis) to the study tracer 18F-fluciclovine
