Who can take part
- You have a weakened heart muscle (cardiomyopathy), either from blocked arteries or other causes.
- You are already on the best heart failure medications for at least 3 months.
- Your heart failure symptoms limit your daily life (NYHA class II, III, or IV).
- Your heart's pumping ability (ejection fraction) is 35% or less.
- You have a normal heart rhythm (sinus) with a very wide QRS (≥150ms) that is not a typical left or right bundle branch block.
