Tongxinluo Capsule for cognitive decline from small vessel disease
Part of Brain & nervous system, Heart & circulation, Mental health clinical trials.
This trial tests whether Tongxinluo capsules can help people with memory or thinking problems caused by small vessel disease in the brain. Participants will receive either the study drug or a placebo to see if it slows cognitive decline.

This study tests a Chinese herbal capsule for people with high blood pressure and small-vessel disease in the brain. It aims to see if the capsules can help with symptoms like headaches, dizziness, and irritability caused by this condition.
This trial tests whether a type of non-invasive brain stimulation called intermittent theta burst stimulation can improve memory and thinking in people whose cognitive problems are caused by cerebral small vessel disease (damage to the small blood vessels in the brain). You may qualify if you have mild memory or thinking issues that have lasted at least three months.
This trial looks at how to slow cognitive decline and early dementia in people with a specific kind of “silent” blood vessel damage in the brain seen on scans. It may help identify whether targeting this hidden condition can protect thinking and memory over time.
This study tracks people with cerebral small vessel disease (changes in the brain's tiny blood vessels) to learn more about how the condition progresses. It may be a good fit if you are 50 or older and have had an MRI showing these changes.
This trial tests whether a natural extract from ginkgo biloba can help people with mild memory or thinking problems caused by small vessel disease in the brain. It looks for adults aged 50 to 75 who have had these symptoms for at least 3 months but can still live independently.
This trial tests a capsule called daphnetin for people with mild thinking and memory problems linked to blood vessel health. The goal is to see if it helps improve or slow down these changes.
