Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older with advanced head and neck cancer that has spread or come back.
  • Your cancer must be HPV-negative (tested for p16).
  • You must have tried one prior treatment with an immunotherapy (like Keytruda or Opdivo) and one with platinum chemo, and it either stopped working or you couldn't tolerate it.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan, and that tumor hasn't been treated with radiation (or if it has, it's clearly growing).
  • You must be in relatively good health (able to do daily activities) and have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
  • You must not have had more than 2 prior treatments for advanced disease, and you cannot have had cetuximab or similar drugs before.
