Who can take part

  • You are at least 22 and under 80 years old.
  • You have prediabetes (blood sugar higher than normal, but not diabetes) and insomnia (trouble sleeping most nights).
  • You do not have diabetes or take medications such as metformin or insulin.
  • You have access to a device with internet (computer, tablet, or smartphone).
  • You do not have untreated moderate to severe sleep apnea, or a condition that makes sleep tracking difficult (like shift work or unstable sleep schedule).
