Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 50 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 28 and 45.
  • You have significant insomnia (score of 15 or higher on the Insomnia Severity Index).
  • You do not have a history of seizures or mania.
  • You do not have any serious mental health issues, like psychosis or suicidal thoughts.
  • You do not use illegal drugs (like cocaine or opioids) monthly.
  • You are not currently receiving behavioral treatment for insomnia.
  • You do not have heart disease, kidney disease, thyroid disease, or cancer.
  • You are not pregnant, dieting, or taking GLP-1 agonists or insulin.
