Who can take part

  • You have type 2 diabetes for at least 3 months.
  • You have trouble sleeping (insomnia) most nights.
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You can walk without help from a cane, walker, or another person.
  • You do not do more than 75 minutes of hard exercise per week.
  • You are not taking opioid pain medications.
