  • You must be between 0 and 18 years old.
  • You need a stem cell transplant and have a half-matched donor (like a parent).
  • Your vital organs (like heart, lungs, liver) must be working well enough to handle the treatment.
  • You must be generally active and able to carry out daily activities (score of 50 or more on the Karnofsky or Lansky scale).
  • You cannot have HIV or be pregnant or nursing.
