Who can take part
- You have advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread to other parts of the body.
- A genetic test shows a harmful change (mutation) in the PALB2 gene, either inherited or in the tumor itself.
- You have received at least one prior treatment for advanced disease.
- You are well enough to carry out daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 16 weeks.
- You have at least one measurable tumor that can be seen on a CT or MRI scan.
- You are at least 18 years old and willing to follow contraception rules if needed.
