Who can take part
- You are at least 12 months past a double lung transplant.
- Your lung function is at stage 1 or 2 CLAD, meaning your FEV1 is between 50% and 80% of your best after transplant.
- You have been taking azithromycin (≥250 mg at least 3 times per week) for at least 8 weeks.
- Your lung function decline is not due to other causes like acute rejection or airway problems.
