Who can take part
- You have a blood clot in your lung that is serious but not causing shock (intermediate-high risk).
- Your symptoms started within the last 14 days.
- A CT scan (a special X-ray) shows the clot is in a main or large lower lung artery.
- Your heart ultrasound shows the right side of your heart is under strain.
- You are not pregnant, are 18 or older, and do not have a high bleeding risk or severe kidney disease.
