KTE-X19 CAR T for MRD+ B-ALL

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must have B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia that is in remission (no visible blasts in bone marrow) but still has tiny traces of disease (MRD-positive).
  • You must be done with initial chemotherapy (except for mild side effects like nerve tingling or blood pressure changes).
  • Your overall health must be good enough for treatment (ECOG 0 or 1), and vital organs (kidneys, liver, lungs, heart) must work well.
  • You cannot have an active infection, serious heart or brain problems, an active second cancer, or be pregnant or breastfeeding.
