Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has come back or not improved with standard treatment.
  • Your overall health is fairly good (able to do daily activities, with adequate liver, kidney, heart, and lung function).
  • You do not have active infections, serious heart disease, or a history of certain brain or nervous system disorders.
  • You are willing to use effective birth control for up to 2 years after treatment.
