  • You were part of the earlier STEPCARE study for out-of-hospital cardiac arrest
  • You survived and are willing to give consent to be in this follow-up study
  • If you are a caregiver: you live with the survivor, or have weekly contact (in person or by phone), and you are the one caregiver they nominate
