New way to measure liver pressure without needles

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You are being checked to see if you are eligible for a liver transplant.
  • You are not pregnant.
  • You do not have any metal implants, a pacemaker, or severe claustrophobia (fear of small spaces) that would prevent you from having an MRI.
  • You are able to understand the study and give your permission to take part.
