  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with ALS within the last 3 months (or are being tested for it)
  • You do not have any other disease of the brain or nerves (like a stroke or Parkinson's)
  • You do not have diabetes
  • You do not have a pacemaker, and you are not pregnant
