Who can take part
- You have chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP).
- Your nasal polyps contain a high number of eosinophils (over 27% of cells).
- You have not used steroid medications (pills or sprays) or antileukotriene drugs (like montelukast) for at least 4 weeks.
- You do not have other nasal or systemic conditions like aspirin sensitivity, cystic fibrosis, allergic fungal sinusitis, or a weak immune system.
- You are not a smoker or pregnant.
- If you are a healthy volunteer, you only have a deviated septum and no other nasal disease.
