Who can take part

  • You are 12 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with chronic sinusitis and have nasal polyps in both nostrils.
  • Your nasal polyps are moderate to severe, based on a doctor's exam.
  • You have had nasal congestion and/or loss of smell for at least the past 2 weeks.
  • You can commit to attending follow-up visits and providing information over time.
  • If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree in writing.
