Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a confirmed oligodendroglioma (IDH-mutant, 1p/19q co-deleted) that has returned or worsened after radiation therapy.
  • You are well enough to have surgery or a biopsy.
  • You are not taking more than 4 mg of dexamethasone (a steroid) per day.
  • You do not have active infections or serious health conditions that would interfere with the treatment.
