Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with REM sleep behavior disorder (RBD) at Guy's and St Thomas' hospital
- You are 50 years old or older
- You can read and understand English
- You do not have narcolepsy or PTSD (for the RBD group)
- If you don't have RBD, you have had a sleep study at Guy's and St Thomas' and are 50 or older
