  • You have asthma that is not well controlled, even with your regular medications.
  • You are overweight or obese (BMI of 25 or higher).
  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You are not pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
  • You do not have serious heart, kidney, liver, or lung disease, or diabetes.
