Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have at least one complex heart blockage (like heavy calcium, in a main artery, or very long) or need a heart pump during your procedure.
  • You have stable chest pain or a non-emergency heart attack (not a severe heart attack within the last 7 days).
  • All your blockages can be treated with standard drug-coated stents or balloons.
  • You can attend follow-up visits and understand the risks and benefits.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking part in another study that hasn't finished.
