Who can take part
- You have AML with more than 5% blasts in your bone marrow and other treatments haven't worked or can't be used.
- You are at least 18 years old, able to have leukapheresis (a procedure to collect white blood cells), and have a life expectancy of more than 3 months.
- Your overall health (ECOG score) is 0 or 1, meaning you can take care of yourself and are up and about.
- Your organ function (heart, lungs, liver, kidneys) must be adequate, and you must not have active uncontrolled infections or certain other cancers.
- You have not had a stem cell transplant in the last 3 months, have no active graft-versus-host disease, and are off immunosuppressive medications for at least a month.
- You agree to use effective contraception if needed and are not pregnant or nursing.
