Who can take part

  • You have B‑cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) that has come back or not responded to at least one round of chemotherapy (or a targeted drug if you have a particular gene change).
  • Your leukemia cells must have the CD19 protein on them if you've had a prior CD19‑targeted treatment.
  • You must be at least 12 years old (the first few patients need to be 17 or older).
  • Your organs (liver, kidneys, lungs, and heart) must be working well enough, and you should be up and doing most of your daily activities (ECOG 0‑1 or Lansky ≥60).
  • You cannot have active leukemia in your brain or spinal cord that is causing symptoms or visible on scans, or certain other active cancers, serious autoimmune diseases, or uncontrolled infections.
