Who can take part

  • You have wild-type ATTR amyloidosis with heart involvement, confirmed by genetic testing or scans.
  • You are 65 years or older.
  • You have heart failure symptoms (like shortness of breath or fatigue) that put you in NYHA class II, III, or IV.
  • You are taking a water pill (diuretic) called a loop diuretic.
  • Your heart's pumping strength is below 50% or your stroke volume index is less than 35 ml/m2.
  • You do not have severe aortic valve narrowing, serious coronary artery disease, or end-stage kidney disease.
