  • You are 12 years or older.
  • You are hospitalized for acute graft-versus-host disease (aGvHD) that did not respond to steroids.
  • You have had only one stem cell transplant.
  • You have not tried ruxolitinib for GvHD and had it fail.
  • You are not on any other GvHD treatments besides steroids or ruxolitinib.
  • You do not have active infections like sepsis, hepatitis B/C, or HIV.
