Who can take part
- Age 18 or older at enrollment
- Diagnosed with Grade III or IV steroid-refractory GVHD (severe GVHD that didn't improve with high-dose steroids)
- Able to swallow oral medications
- Blood counts showing neutrophil count greater than 1000 and platelet count at least 20,000
- Karnofsky performance score of at least 30 (able to care for yourself with some help)
- Not pregnant, not lactating, and willing to use contraception if of childbearing potential
