Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older with a blood cancer or bone marrow disorder like ALL, AML, MDS, or chronic myeloid leukemia in blast phase.
  • Your disease should be in remission (less than 5% blasts in bone marrow) after chemotherapy.
  • You have completed at least 2 rounds of intensive chemotherapy.
  • You've taken broad-spectrum antibiotics within the last 3 months.
  • Your doctor says you are healthy enough to undergo a stem cell transplant.
  • You must be willing to take capsules containing gut bacteria from healthy donors.
