Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have chronic low back pain that travels down your legs.
  • You have tried at least 3 months of non-surgical treatments without enough relief.
  • You are willing and able to attend all study visits and follow instructions.
  • You have not had prior back surgery at the same spot (except a minor procedure called MILD).
  • You are not pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding.
