Fasudil trial for early Alzheimer's disease

Who can take part

  • You have early Alzheimer's disease, such as mild cognitive impairment or mild dementia.
  • You have had a positive test for Alzheimer's proteins (like amyloid or tau) in your brain, spinal fluid, or blood.
  • You are at least 50 years old.
  • You have a study partner (like a family member or friend) who can regularly help with the study visits.
  • You are fluent in Norwegian.
  • You are not pregnant and are using effective birth control if needed.
  • You do not have major health problems like severe kidney or liver disease, poorly controlled diabetes, heart rhythm issues, or a recent stroke.
