This trial tests if umbilical cord stem cells, given alongside standard care, can help people who have had a major heart attack (STEMI). The cells are infused into the heart artery to possibly improve heart function. You may qualify if you are between 20 and 76, had a heart attack within the last 12 hours, and received a stent, and your heart's pumping ability is moderately reduced.
