Who can take part
- Your tumor must have a certain amount of the HER2 protein (tested on a tumor sample).
- You must not have had trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) treatment before.
- You must be 18 or older and able to perform daily activities with little help (ECOG 0-1).
- You must have adequate organ function, like normal blood counts and kidney/liver function, within 7 days of starting.
- You cannot have active infections, certain lung conditions, or uncontrolled heart problems.
- You must avoid medications that affect a liver enzyme called CYP3A4, except for those given to prevent nausea.
