Who can take part

  • You must be in good general health.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) must be between 18.5 and 30.
  • You must have mild insomnia symptoms for at least 3 months, but not severe insomnia.
  • You must have medium stress levels based on a questionnaire.
  • You must not smoke or drink more than 2 alcoholic drinks per day.
  • You must be willing to keep your usual diet and activity levels during the study.
