This study tests a new targeted drug (JMT101) combined with another targeted therapy (osimertinib) versus standard chemotherapy for people with a specific type of advanced lung cancer. Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your lung cancer is advanced or has spread (stage IIIB, IIIC, or IV) and cannot be cured with current treatments.
  • Your tumor has a specific change in the EGFR gene called an exon 20 insertion mutation (confirmed by a blood or tissue test).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured by scans (like CT or MRI).
  • You have not had any previous cancer treatment for your advanced or metastatic lung cancer.
  • You do not have brain metastases that are causing symptoms.
