This trial is testing a combination of two drugs, vinblastine and tovorafenib, for children and young adults (up to age 25) whose low-grade glioma has come back or worsened after prior treatment. It is for people whose tumor has a specific change in a gene called BRAF or CRAF.

Who can take part

  • You must be 25 years old or younger.
  • Your low-grade glioma must have a BRAF or CRAF gene change and must have grown or come back after at least one prior treatment.
  • You cannot have Neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1).
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be seen on an MRI and that is measurable.
  • Your kidneys, liver, heart, and blood counts must be working well enough (tests will be done to check).
