Who can take part
- You are 20 years or older
- You have type 1 or type 2 diabetes
- You have a foot or lower leg ulcer that hasn't healed for at least 4 weeks
- The ulcer is between half a square centimeter and 10 square centimeters in size
- You have good blood flow to your affected leg or foot
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and agree to use birth control if needed
