This trial tests a new type of cell therapy called UCAR-T that targets a protein (CD70) found on many solid tumors. If you have advanced cancer that has not responded to standard treatments tricks and your tumor makes CD70, this experimental treatment may be an option.

Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- Your cancer is advanced or has spread and has not responded to at least two prior treatments (or there is no standard first-line treatment).
- Your tumor tests positive for CD70, a protein on the surface of cancer cells.
- You can take care of yourself (ECOG score 0-1).
- Your major organs are working well enough (blood counts, kidney, liver, and heart).
- You agree to use effective birth control for 6 months after the treatment.
