Treatments studied

Part of Cancer, Ear, nose & throat, Hormones & metabolism, Kidney & urinary, Mouth & dental, Women’s health & pregnancy clinical trials.

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR-T) that targets a protein called CD70 found on some solid tumors. It is for people whose cancer has not responded to other treatments and whose tumor tests positive for CD70. The goal is to see if this treatment can help shrink tumors.

Who can take part

  • You have an advanced or metastatic solid tumor (like lung, breast, or colon cancer) that has not responded to at least two prior treatments, or there is no standard first treatment option for your type of cancer.
  • Your tumor must test positive for a protein called CD70 (a marker that the CAR-T cells target).
  • You must be 18 years or older and have a performance status of 0 or 1 (meaning you are generally active and able to care for yourself).
  • You must have at least one measurable tumor on a scan, and your expected survival is more than 12 weeks.
  • Your blood counts, liver, kidney, and heart function need to be within safe ranges as determined by standard lab tests.
